Bikes & Strollers
Two Wheels or Four: Navigating Bike & Stroller Storage.
When you live in a bustling building, finding a spot for your alternate wheels shouldn't feel like a workout. To keep our hallways clear and your gear safe, we've carved out a dedicated space for your strollers and bikes.
The P1 Pit Stop
Forget dragging muddy tires through the lobby. Your designated storage area is located in the parking garage on the P1 level.
- The Landmark: Look for the area right next to the reserved retail spots. It’s strategically placed for quick in-and-out access.
- Keep it Clear: This is the only approved zone for these items. Storing bikes or strollers in hallways, stairwells, or common areas isn’t just a clutter issue—it’s a fire safety hazard.
- Please do not store bikes and strollers on your balcony.
The Safety First Protocol
Even in a secure garage, a little extra caution goes a long way:
- Lock It Down: Always use a high-quality U-lock or heavy chain. For bikes, ensure you’re locking through the frame and at least one wheel.
- Identity Check: If your building uses a registration system, make sure your gear is tagged. This helps management identify abandoned items and keeps the space available for active residents.
- Stroller Etiquette: If your stroller is foldable, collapse it. This maximizes space so your neighbours can fit their gear too.
💡 Pro-Tip: The Clean Gear Hack
Before you head up to your suite, give your wheels a quick once-over. Keeping a microfiber cloth or a small pack of wipes in your stroller bag or bike pouch lets you clean off salt and grit in the P1 area. Your floors (and the building's carpets) will thank you.
The Benefit: Using the P1 zone keeps your living room from feeling like a garage and ensures the building stays looking sharp for everyone.
