The Bespoke community emphasizes a naturally inspired lifestyle that bridges the gap between urban Leslieville and the tranquility of the waterfront. Our 1st Floor Courtyard is a key part of this vision, acting as a lush, tree-lined escape for residents.

The courtyard can be accessed from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm daily.

Key Amenities of the Courtyard:

• Relaxation Zones: Outfitted with comfortable lounge seating for unwinding.
• Social Spaces: Includes dedicated fire pits, perfect for evening gatherings.
• Landscaping: Professionally designed with greenery to bring a feeling of nature into the heart of the city.
• There are six barbecues for residents to share. Three of them can be booked for 30-minute periods, and the other three are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To book a barbecue, simply enter your suite number in the binder on the concierge desk next to your preferred time slot. Please remember to turn off the grill and burners, and clean the grill for the next user.
