Cleaning & Care Schedules
To keep our shared spaces looking their best, we follow a specific cleaning rotation. If you notice an area that needs immediate attention, please contact the 24/7 Concierge.

Daily High-Traffic Cleaning
The following areas are serviced multiple times daily:

  • The Lobby & Upper Lounge: Continuous floor care and surface wiping.
  • Fitness Studio & Yoga Room: Sanitization of equipment and high-touch surfaces.
  • Elevator Cabs: Regular cleaning of mirrors, buttons, and floor tracks.

Weekly Maintenance

  • Resident Hallways: All residential corridors are scheduled for a comprehensive vacuuming once per week.
  • Co-Working Nooks: Detailed dusting of workstations and carpet care.
  • Club & Party Lounge: Deep cleaning of the catering kitchen and furniture.

Monthly Inspections

  • Stairwells: Emergency exit stairwells are monitored and serviced on a monthly rotation. Because these areas are used less frequently, we rely on our community to be our eyes and ears. If you notice debris, spills, or safety concerns in the stairwells between inspections, please report it to management immediately.

The Steam Room & Sauna
Closed nightly from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM for professional-grade deep cleaning and system inspection.

Our Shared Responsibility
We ask residents to be our partners in care:

  • Spills: Please notify the concierge immediately so spills can be treated before they stain.
  • Report It: If an area scheduled for weekly or monthly cleaning—such as a hallway or stairwell—requires attention ahead of its next rotation, please submit a report through the portal.
