Balcony rules

This section will explain management's rules about balcony use.
for example:

• Barbecues are not (direct them to the courtyard barbecues)
• Storing bikes and strollers is not allowed (direct them to the bike & stroller storage
• Smoking is not allowed (direct them to the smoking by-law)
• Do not throw garbage over the balcony
• Make sure patio cushions and other items are secured from wind gusts.
