📡 Setting Up Your Internet: Booking & Telecom Access
Getting connected should be seamless. Our building is pre-wired with the latest high-speed infrastructure, including fiber-optic (Fibe) capabilities. To get your internet up and running, you will need to coordinate your installation with your chosen service provider and our management team.

🔌 In-Suite Connection Panel
Before your provider arrives, it helps to know where your connection starts.

  • The Media Panel: Every suite features a built-in electronic media panel, typically located in the front entrance closet or laundry area.
  • Leave It Clear: Please ensure this panel is completely accessible and free of hanging clothes or boxes before your technician arrives.
  • Fibre-Optic Ready: Your provider will connect their modem directly into this panel to distribute high-speed Fibe internet throughout your rooms.

🎛️ Accessing the Main Telecom Room
Most internet setups require the technician to connect your specific suite line from the building's main telecom room.

  • Locked for Security: For the safety of our infrastructure, the main telecom room is strictly locked and cannot be accessed by residents.
  • Notify Management: You must notify building management or the Concierge at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can grant your technician access.
  • Escorted Entry: The Concierge will verify the technician's credentials upon arrival and unlock the telecom room for them.

📅 Step-by-Step Installation Checklist
To avoid a rescheduled appointment, follow these steps to prepare for your installation day:

  • Book Your Provider: Schedule your installation date and time slot with Bell, Rogers, or your preferred Fibe internet provider.
  • Log the Appointment: Let the Concierge know the date and time window your technician is scheduled to arrive.
  • Meet the Technician: You or an authorized representative must be present in the suite to let the technician in and oversee the in-suite setup.
  • Sign-Out Fobs: Technicians will be required to leave a piece of photo ID with the Concierge to sign out any necessary access fobs for the utility areas.
