Lockers
Bespoke provides secure, subterranean storage lockers for residents to store seasonal items, sports equipment, and extra personal belongings.
📋 How to Get a Locker
- Lease Inclusions: Review your lease agreement to see if a specific storage locker was bundled with your suite rental.
- New Rentals: If you do not have a locker and want to rent one, submit an inquiry directly to the On-Site Property Administrator (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Waitlist: Available inventory is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and an active waitlist is maintained in this portal.
- Monthly Fee: Additional storage lockers cost $65 per month, which is added directly to your monthly pre-authorised rent debit.
📐 Different Sizes Available
Our storage rooms feature heavy-duty wire mesh cages available in three standard sizes:
- Standard Cage (Half-Height): 3' Wide × 4' Deep × 4' High (Ideal for storage bins, luggage, and small seasonal decor).
- Large Cage (Full-Height): 4' Wide × 4' Deep × 7' High (Ideal for tires, small furniture, and stacked storage bins).
- Premium Walk-In Locker: 6' Wide × 6' Deep × 7' High (Ideal for multiple bicycles, large furniture items, and extensive gear).
📍 Where They Are Located
Lockers are distributed across our underground parking facility to reduce crowding:
- Locker Room A: Located on Level P1, directly behind the main elevator lobby.
- Locker Room B: Located on Level P1, near the bicycle storage room entrance.
- Locker Rooms C & D: Located on Level P2, alongside the western driving aisle.
- Assignment Check: Your exact locker room letter and cage number are displayed under the "My Account" tab on your resident dashboard.
🔑 How to Access Them
- Key-Fob Entry: Use your resident electronic key-fob on the wall scanner next to the heavy metal doors of your assigned Locker Room.
- 24/7 Availability: The locker rooms are brightly lit and accessible to authorized residents 24 hours a day.
- Bring Your Own Padlock: You must supply your own physical padlock to secure your individual wire mesh cage door. Property management does not provide keys or combinations.
🛡️ How to Keep Your Contents Safe
- Elevate From the Floor: Concrete floors can hold seasonal moisture or experience minor condensation; keep cardboard boxes elevated on plastic pallets or metal shelving units.
- Use Heavy-Duty Plastic Bins: Protect your belongings from dust and moisture by choosing sealed plastic storage totes instead of cardboard boxes.
- Insurance Coverage: Your mandatory Tenant Insurance policy must cover off-suite storage; the building's master insurance policy does not cover theft or damage to personal belongings kept in locker rooms.
- Secure the Room Door: Never prop the heavy locker room entrance doors open with blocks or rocks. Ensure the door latches fully behind you when entering or exiting.
🛑 What is NOT Permitted in Lockers
For building safety, air quality, and pest prevention, the following items and activities are strictly prohibited inside storage lockers:
- No Workshops or Activities: Storage lockers are strictly for passive item storage. They cannot be used as a workshop, hobby studio, crafting space, or repair station. Running power tools, painting, or working inside the cage area is completely forbidden.
- Perishable Items: Fresh food, pet food, birdseed, or unwashed cooking appliances that can attract rodents or insects.
- Hazardous & Flammable Materials: Propane tanks, gasoline cans, motor oil, car batteries, fireworks, spray paint cans, or chemical solvents.
- Explosive or Illegal Goods: Weapons, ammunition, or any federally controlled substances.
- Valuable Assets: High-value jewelry, fine art, physical cash, or irreplaceable family heirlooms should never be kept in communal underground areas.
- Appliances: Mini-fridges, freezers, or space heaters cannot be plugged into communal utility outlets.
