Article II — Description of the Condominium Property

This article describes the physical property that makes up Bespoke Condos, including the legal description of the land, the number of buildings and units, and a general description of the structure (number of floors, unit types, and overall layout). This article also identifies which elements are part of a Unit versus which are Common Elements — for example, interior walls, floors, and ceilings within a unit's boundaries are typically part of the Unit, while the building's structural elements, roof, exterior walls, and shared systems (plumbing risers, electrical trunk lines) are Common Elements.
