Your balcony is your private outdoor oasis—a perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset. To keep our building looking beautiful and to ensure everyone's safety and comfort, please follow these community balcony guidelines.

🚫 For Relaxation, Not Storage
Your balcony is meant for living, not for extra closet space. Please keep the following items off your balcony:

• No Smoking: Smoking and vaping of any substance are strictly prohibited on all balconies.
• No Storage: Avoid storing bikes, strollers, large appliances, or cardboard boxes.
• No BBQs: Barbecues are strictly prohibited due to local fire safety codes.
• No Floor Coverings: Do not install outdoor tiles or heavy rugs that trap moisture against the concrete.
• Clear Railings: Avoid blocking or covering the open glass front with privacy screens or netting.

💨 Safety & Weather Awareness
High winds can happen at any time, especially on higher floors.

• Loose Cushions: Bring light patio cushions inside when not in use so they do not blow away.
• Secure Furniture: Ensure all outdoor tables and chairs are heavy enough to withstand strong gusts.

🐾 Pets & Respecting Neighbors
Living in a close community means being mindful of the residents living right next to or below you.

• Pet Hygiene: Never allow pets to use the balcony floor as a bathroom. Always use a proper, leak-proof pet potty system.
• Quiet Hours: Keep music and conversation volumes low after 11:00 PM so neighbors can sleep.

🧼 Window Maintenance

• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for cleaning any exterior suite windows or glass doors that you can safely access from your balcony.
