• Boardroom Table: The main table comfortably seats up to 12 attendees.
• Lounge Area: Features a small, comfortable lounge section for breakouts or casual breaks.
• Kitchenette: Equipped with a compact kitchenette area for refreshments.
• Private Washroom: Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated washroom located right inside the suite.
• Free Wi-Fi: High-speed internet is available throughout the space. Your private password will be provided automatically at the time of your booking confirmation.

🔑 Resident Booking Rules

• No Charge: The boardroom is completely free to reserve for all active building residents.
• 2-Hour Windows: Reservations are limited to a maximum of 2 hours per session to ensure fair access for the entire community.
• Guest Sign-In: For building security, all non-resident attendees must sign in at the concierge desk upon arrival.
