The building utilizes a multi-layered security approach to control access and monitor common areas: [1]

• Fob Access Control: All perimeter doors, elevators, and amenity spaces require an activated key fob for entry.
• CCTV Cameras: High-definition cameras monitor the main lobby, entrance points, parking garage, and elevator interiors 24/7.
• Concierge & Staff: Our team monitors security feeds and conducts regular building patrols to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Intercom System: Visitors must use the lobby intercom to call your suite for access. Never buzz in someone you do not know.

📞 Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you see something unusual or notice a security vulnerability, please take immediate action:

• On-Site Issues: Report uninvited tailgaters, propped open doors, or unfamiliar individuals loitering in hallways directly to the Concierge.
• Emergency Situations: Call emergency services immediately if you witness a crime in progress, a fire, or a medical emergency.
• Log the Details: Note the time, location, and a description of the individual or vehicle to help management review camera footage.
• Submit a Report: Use the Resident Portal to log non-emergency maintenance issues, like a latching door that fails to lock.

✅ In-Suite Security Checklist
Securing the building starts at your own front door. Use this quick checklist to ensure your suite remains safe:

• Lock Your Door: Always lock your suite door, even when you are relaxing inside or just stepping out for a moment.
• The 5-Second Test: Remember to wait five seconds after locking your door to confirm the handle rotates loosely.
• Secure the Balcony: Ensure your balcony door and any accessible windows are completely locked before leaving your suite or going to sleep.
• Hide Valuables: Keep expensive electronics, jewelry, or passports out of direct sight from the hallway or windows.
• Lighting Check: Leave a small light on inside your suite when you are out for the evening to give the appearance of being home.
