Article I — Definitions

This article establishes the meaning of key terms used throughout the Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules for Bespoke Condos. Common terms include "Unit" (a individually owned portion of the condominium designated for exclusive ownership), "Common Elements" (all portions of the property not designated as Units, owned collectively by all unit owners), "Association" (the governing body responsible for managing the condominium), "Declarant" (the entity that created the condominium), and "Limited Common Elements" (common elements reserved for the exclusive use of one or more, but not all, units — such as a balcony or parking space).
Clear definitions matter because they determine how later articles are interpreted — for example, whether a balcony repair is an owner's responsibility or the Association's depends on whether it's classified as part of the Unit, a Limited Common Element, or a Common Element.
