Guest Suite

🏨 Home Away from Home:
We are pleased to offer six identical, fully furnished Guest Suites for your visiting friends and family. Located on the 2nd floor in the west corridor, these suites provide your guests with a comfortable, private stay right inside our building.
🛏️ What the Suite Includes

Each of our six professional suites is designed to look and feel like a boutique hotel room:

• Accommodations: One comfortable queen-size bed.
• Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 2 adults per suite.
• Bathroom: A full 4-piece bathroom.
• Linens Provided: All fresh bedding, sheets, and bath towels are included.
• No Toiletries: Please note that personal toiletries (such as shampoo, body wash, and toothpaste) are not provided, so guests should bring their own.
• Coffee Service: In-suite coffee-making facilities to start the morning right.
• Cribs Available: Please let us know at the time of booking if your guests require a crib.

⏰ Check-In & Check-Out Times

• Check-In: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Fob Pickup: Your guests must visit the Concierge desk to pick up their active room fob.
• Fob Access: The guest fob grants access to the Main Entrance and the specific Guest Suite, but does not grant access to building amenities like the gym or pool.

💰 Rates & Fees

• Nightly Rate: $200.00 + HST.
• Cleaning Fee: There is no standard cleaning fee included in the booking.
• Excessive Mess: A specialized cleaning fee will only be charged to the resident's account if the suite is left in an excessively messy or damaged state.
• Parking Not Included: The suite rate does not include a parking spot. Parking must be booked separately through the Concierge desk.

📜 Guest Suite Rules & Policies
To maintain these spaces for everyone, we enforce a strict set of community guidelines:

• Resident Bookings: Suites must be booked directly by a resident. Guests cannot book suites independently.
• Resident Responsibility: The hosting resident is entirely responsible for their guests' behavior. You must ensure they follow all building rules and city bylaws.
• No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited inside the Guest Suites at any time.
