Relax and detoxify in our professional-grade steam room. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all residents, please review the following guidelines.
🌿 Benefits of the Steam Room
- Detoxification: Helps open pores and flush out toxins.
- Recovery: Great for soothing sore muscles after a workout in the fitness studio.
- Stress Relief: Provides a quiet environment to relax and clear your mind.
⚠️ Safety Rules
- Hydration: Always drink plenty of water before and after your session.
- Time Limit: We recommend sessions of no more than 10–15 minutes at a time.
- Health Warning: Please consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have heart disease, or have high/low blood pressure.
- No Liquids: Do not pour water or essential oils directly onto the sensors or steam heads, as this can cause damage to the system.
📜 Steam Room Etiquette
- Shower First: For hygiene reasons, please take a quick rinse in the change room showers before entering.
- Proper Attire: Swimwear is required at all times. Please sit on a clean towel.
- No Glass: Glass bottles and containers are strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
- Quiet Zone: Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect the relaxation of others.
🕒 Hours & Location
- Hours: Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Closed overnight for deep cleaning).
- Location: Located at the back of the Main Fitness Floor, through the locker room area.
