Facility Maintenance: Service Areas
To ensure our home remains a premium environment, our service levels extend beyond the lobby and into the functional heart of the building. Maintaining these areas is critical for health, safety, and resident pride.

The Loading Dock & Delivery Zone
The loading dock is the primary artery for move-ins and large deliveries.

  • Maintenance Standard: This area should be kept clear of debris, loose cardboard, and pallet wrap at all times.
  • Resident Action: Please ensure all moving materials are placed inside the proper bins. If you notice the loading dock has become obstructed or requires cleaning, please notify the 24/7 Concierge so a service request can be issued.

Parking Garage (P1 )
A clean garage is a safe garage. We recognize that the underground levels are the first thing many residents see when they come home.

  • Expectation: While parking levels naturally accumulate dust, they should be free of litter, oil spills, and abandoned items.
  • Scheduled Cleaning: Large-scale power washing of the garage floors is a major operation typically scheduled annually.
  • Reporting: If you notice hot spots of debris or unsanitary conditions in the vestibules or near your parking stall, please report the specific location through the portal so our cleaning team can address it.

Chute Rooms & Waste Management

  • Daily: Chute rooms on residential floors are inspected daily.
  • The Rule: Never leave bags or boxes on the floor of the chute room. This is the #1 cause of odours and pest issues in the building.
