How to Use the Parcel Pending Lockers
To make sure your online orders are safe and sound, we use Parcel Pending—a secure, automated locker system located in the main lobby. No more worrying about "porch pirates" or missing the delivery truck!
📝 Getting Started: Registration
Before you can receive your first package, you must be in the system.
- The Invite: Check the email address you provided during your application for a registration link from Parcel Pending.
- The Portal: If you can't find the email, head to my.parcelpending.com to create your account. You will need to provide a credit card to cover potential storage fees (more on that below).
- The App: Download the Parcel Pending App (iOS or Android) for the fastest way to manage your deliveries.
📦 Receiving & Retrieving Packages
- Delivery Alert: Once a courier (like FedEx, UPS, or Amazon) drops your package in a locker, you’ll instantly get a text, email, or app notification.
- Your Access Code: The notification will include a unique 6-digit access code or a barcode.
- The Kiosk: Go to the lockers in the lobby, press the Parcel Pick-Up button, and enter your code (or scan the barcode from your phone).
- Grab & Go: The corresponding locker door will pop open automatically. Just grab your items and close the door firmly behind you.
💡 Pro Tips for Success
- The 3-Day Window: Because locker space is shared, you typically have 3 days to pick up your package. After that, a daily storage fee (usually around $3) may apply to encourage residents to keep the lockers moving.
- Vacation Mode: If you’re heading out of town, log into the app and set your account to Vacation Mode. This tells the system to hold your packages without charging storage fees until you return.
- Oversized Items: If a package is too big for the lockers, you'll receive a notification with instructions on where to pick it up (usually at a local hub or as coordinated by building staff).
- Accessibility: If you prefer your packages to be delivered to lower, easy-to-reach lockers, you can select this preference in your profile settings.
