** Annual In-Suite Maintenance: The Full Check-up**
Once a year, we perform a comprehensive "physical" for your home. This is a mandatory visit designed to ensure your suite is safe, efficient, and functioning exactly as it should.

The Checklist: What We Handle
Our maintenance team moves quickly but thoroughly. During this visit, we cover:

  • HVAC & Air Quality: We swap out your heat pump filter to keep your air fresh and your energy bills lower.
  • The Safety Sweep: We test all life-safety systems and swap out the back-up batteries in your smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide (CO) detectors.
  • Balcony Inspection: We check railings and drainage to ensure your outdoor space remains secure and weather-ready.
  • Full Suite Function: We do a point-by-point check of your appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical outlets to catch small issues before they become big headaches.

Scheduling & Repairs
If we find something that isn’t quite right during the inspection, we won't just leave it.

  • Minor Fixes: If it’s a quick fix, we’ll handle it on the spot.
  • Major Repairs: If we need a specific part or a specialist, we will schedule a follow-up repair immediately and leave a notice in your suite so you know the plan.

Staying Informed
To make sure you're ready for our visit:

  • Email Notification: You will receive a formal notice via email confirming the exact dates and times we will be entering your suite.
  • Newsletter Notice: We will also provide a heads-up in the newsletter as the annual inspection season approaches, so you can plan accordingly.
