Handling Large Deliveries
Got a new sofa or a dining table on the way? We want to make sure your new furniture makes it to your suite without a hitch. Depending on the size of your delivery, here is how to handle the logistics.

Single Item Deliveries

  • If you are expecting aĀ single itemĀ (like just a couch or one mattress), there isĀ no need to book a formal elevator window.
  • How it works:Ā Your delivery crew can use the elevators as they are, without them being locked off for service.
  • The Golden Rule:Ā Please be mindful of your neighbours! Ensure the delivery team doesn't block the elevator doors open for extended periods.Ā

šŸš› Multiple Items or Large Shipments
If you are receivingĀ more than one large itemĀ (for example, a full bedroom set or a multi-piece sectional), an elevator booking may be required to ensure you have dedicated access and don't tie up the lobby.Ā

  • Coordinate Early:Ā Please check in with theĀ ConciergeĀ at leastĀ the day beforeĀ or theĀ morning ofĀ your expected delivery.
  • Availability:Ā They will let you know if the service elevator is free or if there are already moves happening that might delay your delivery crew.Ā

šŸ’” Pro Tips for Deliveries

  • Measurement Check:Ā Before the truck arrives, double-check the dimensions of your hallways and doorways! It’s better to know a sofa won't fitĀ beforeĀ the delivery team starts the heavy lifting.
  • Protect Your Floors:Ā If the delivery team doesn't provide floor runners, consider laying down some cardboard or a rug to protect your suite’s flooring during the install.Ā
