Policy: Clean Air & Smoking Guidelines
We are committed to providing a healthy, premium living environment for all residents. To ensure the comfort and safety of our community, we are a 100% Smoke-Free and Vape-Free environment.

🚫 Where is smoking prohibited?
To maintain air quality and reduce fire risks, smoking, vaping, and the use of cannabis are strictly prohibited in the following areas:

• Inside your suite: This includes all living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
• On your balcony or terrace: Smoke and vapor easily travel into neighbouring suites, affecting the comfort of your neighbours.
• All Indoor Common Areas: Including the lobby, hallways, gym, clubhouse, and elevators.
• Outdoor Common Areas: Such as the rooftop terraces and courtyard.

🚬 Where CAN I smoke?
We understand the need for a dedicated space. To accommodate residents who smoke, we have created a Designated Smoking Area located outdoors.

• Location: Outside, near the Loading Dock door.
• Requirement: We kindly ask that you use the provided ashtray for all cigarette butts. Please help us keep our building exterior clean and prevent fire hazards by ensuring all materials are fully extinguished and disposed of properly.

This policy is in place to ensure that all residents—including those with respiratory sensitivities and families with children—can enjoy their homes and common spaces without the intrusion of second-hand smoke or vapor.
