Booking the Elevator

Moving day involves a lot of moving parts, but securing your elevator is the most important one. We use a dedicated booking system to ensure you have exclusive access to the service elevator, making your move faster and stress-free.

The Schedule
We offer two dedicated three-hour windows every day. You can choose the slot that best fits your moving truck’s arrival:

• Morning Slot: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon Slot: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

The Damage Deposit
To ensure the elevators and common areas remain in top shape for everyone, a $200 damage deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Online Payment: Our booking form will collect this deposit securely online.
• Refundable: This deposit is fully refundable after your move, provided no damage has occurred to the elevator cab, doors, or hallways.

How to Book

1. Check Availability: Access the booking form to see the real-time schedule and select your preferred date and time slot.
2. Terms of Use: You will be required to click a Terms of Use checkbox.
3. Responsibility: By checking this box, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any damage caused to the building during your move. We recommend doing a quick walk-through with staff before and after your booking.
