This guide outlines the definitive visual and sensory benchmarks required to maintain our premium brand asset identity. Because we cater to a high-end demographic, every apartment asset must look, smell, and feel like a curated luxury showroom before a user receives access.

2. Visual Staging & Symmetry Standards
Empty spaces amplify minor misalignments. Staff must ensure absolute linear symmetry across all architectural and interior touchpoints during final sign-offs:

• Window Treatments: All window blinds must be drawn to exactly 50% height, with slats turned horizontally flat to maximize natural daylight entry.
• Fixtures & Hardware: Cabinet handles, plumbing faucets, and appliance doors must face straight with zero loose alignment.
• Door Baselines: All interior bedroom, bathroom, and closet doors must remain open at exactly a 45-degree angle to create an inviting, spacious workflow walkthrough.

3. The Welcome Amenity Standard
The setup on the kitchen island or main counter is the property's primary visual anchor. It must be staged identically across all assets:

• The Welcome Basket: Positioned exactly in the geographic center of the main kitchen counter surface.
