Logo & brand Assets Guidelines

6. Official Logo Use and Brand Assets Guidelines
Category: Brand Standards | Audience: All Staff / Local Managers | Authority: Corporate (Read-Only)

Overview
Our logo and visual assets represent our brand's reputation and quality. Unauthorized modifications, incorrect color usage, or low-resolution rendering cheapen the customer experience. Local managers and staff must strictly adhere to these design parameters for all local community flyers, social media posts, and store signage.

Approved Brand Colors
When generating digital or print content locally, you must use the exact corporate color hex codes. Never guess or use standard software default palettes.

  • Signature Cookie Gold: #D4AF37 (CMYK: 19, 27, 85, 0)
  • Deep Espresso Charcoal: #232B2B (CMYK: 71, 65, 64, 69)
  • Classic Cream Background: #FFFDD0 (CMYK: 0, 0, 18, 0)

Logo Placement and Clear Space Rules

  • The Isolation Zone: The logo must always be surrounded by an invisible buffer zone of clear space equal to the height of the letter "O" in our brand name. No other text, borders, or images may bleed into this zone.
  • Minimum Sizing:
    • Digital: Minimum width is 150 pixels.
    • Print: Minimum width is 1.25 inches.
    • If scaled smaller, the fine detail in the brand crest becomes unreadable and blurry.

Mandatory Prohibitions (What NOT to Do)

  • No Stretching: Always hold down the Shift key when resizing the asset locally to maintain aspect ratio. Never stretch vertically or squeeze horizontally. [
  • No Color Swaps: Never change the color of the logo to match a holiday theme (e.g., turning the logo green for St. Patrick's Day or orange for Halloween) without written approval from Corporate Marketing.
  • No Busy Backgrounds: Never place the dark charcoal logo directly on top of a dark background photograph. If using a busy photo background, you must overlay our semi-transparent Classic Cream box behind the logo first.
