Overview
Our uniform is the first thing a guest sees. It signals cleanliness, professionalism, and brand consistency across every single location. All team members must arrive fully dressed in approved apparel before clocking into their shift.
Approved Attire
- The Shirt: Official brand-issued crewneck t-shirt or polo. Must be clean, unwrinkled, and free of stains. No modifications or cutting of sleeves allowed.
- The Apron: Standard issue denim waist apron. Must be tied securely at the back. Replace immediately if stained with frosting, jam, or chocolate during production.
- The Headwear: Official brand visor or baseball cap worn forward. Hair extending past the shoulders must be tied back securely using a hairnet or neutral-coloured hair tie.
- The Bottoms: Solid black or dark indigo denim jeans. No rips, tears, distressing, or athletic sweatpants.
- The Footwear: Enclosed, non-slip athletic or work shoes. Canvas shoes (like standard Converse) are not permitted due to hot tray and liquid safety hazards.
Jewelry & Personal Grooming
- Hands: Fingernails must be trimmed short and kept clean. No nail polish, gel overlays, or fake nails are allowed due to food safety regulations.
- Jewelry: A plain wedding band is the only hand jewelry permitted. No wristwatches or bracelets are allowed while handling raw dough.
- Piercings: Small, conservative facial studs are acceptable. Dangling earrings or nose rings must be removed before entering the kitchen floor.
